From Captain and Legal advisor to going all-in on life
My 18 years in the Hellenic Armed Forces, from the military academy to a career as an officer and legal advisor, were powered by my desire to be financially independent.
I made my way to the top, relying on my masculine energy and intelligence. I managed to build a life that looked successful from the outside — earning respect and status in a male-dominated environment, a family I loved, and a beautiful home.
But I kept asking myself:
How much longer can I sacrifice my soul for a stable income?
The hard truth
Motherhood brought me face-to-face with the parts of myself I could no longer ignore — the overperformance, the self-sacrifice, the need to prove my worth, and the definition of success I had inherited from the women in my family.
I felt like I had so much experience, but the cycle was coming to an end.
Truthfully, I had no plan for what would come next, but I was divinely guided step by step toward something much bigger than I could have imagined.
That’s when trauma work came into my life.
I dove into understanding how trauma created my beliefs about myself and the world. And more importantly how those beliefs shaped the emotional patterns I wanted to break free from.
It was time to start making decisions from a different place. Not from trauma, but from my heart and intuition. And the first decision was to leave my role as a Captain.
I did not leave my career because I could not handle the pressure.
I left because I chose me.
Life after the army
I could finally enjoy summer with my son in our personal paradise in Chania, Crete, without the pressure of having to work. I felt like I could breathe again. And then, all of a sudden, when I finally relaxed, my nervous system collapsed.
Staying calm and open-minded helped me speed up the process of healing my physical body. And as I healed, something else began to shift.
After leaving the path that once represented security, and learning to embody my feminine energy as strength, I suddenly understood business in a different, more holistic way.
I began to see how a woman’s inner structure affects the structure of her business.
Why I created this work
I realized that too many women business owners do not fail because they lack intelligence, talent, strategy, or discipline.
They struggle because their business is being built on an unstable inner structure.
Years of advising senior decision-makers in the army helped me approach the problem in a structured way, without losing the woman at the core of everything.
The Five-Body Business Oracle® was born from this understanding and my experience.
The Five-Body Business Oracle® is a combination of my unique gifts and feels exactly like putting all the puzzle pieces together - every step of the path I had to take to build a stable, sustainable business that reflects my authentic self.
Now, I guide women business owners into becoming confident decision makers, helping them heal alongside their business.
